From February 3–5, 2026, a delegation led by the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ulvi Mehdiyev, is participating in the World Governments Summit held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Within the framework of the summit, the Chairman of the State Agency delivered a speech at a roundtable discussion organized on the topic "From Reform to Global Dialogue: Ensuring Public Trust and Real Results within Limited Resources." He provided detailed information about the "ASAN Service" experience, as well as the achievements of the State Agency on the international stage. It was specifically emphasized that "ASAN Service" is a successful and exemplary reform implemented in the field of public service delivery at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Ministers and heads from relevant sectors of 20 countries participated in the session.
Furthermore, prospects for cooperation were discussed in meetings with the relevant ministers from Colombia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Gambia.
