On April 25, 2026, the ASAN Innovative Development Center will organize an interactive training program on "Artificial Intelligence in the Supply Chain".
The program covers the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into supply chain processes in the modern business environment and is intended for executives, managers, and specialists operating in this field.
Within the framework of the 6-hour intensive program, participants will be presented with the most critical problems in the supply chain and their AI-based solutions. At the same time, modern approaches to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics planning will be explained.
Practical approaches to proactive risk detection and operational decision-making will be presented based on international real-world case studies. Participants will acquire key skills in preparing 90-day pilot project plans, identifying "quick-win" strategies, evaluating return on investment (ROI), and conducting risk analysis through interactive sessions by applying these approaches.
The training will be delivered by an expert invited from Turkey, who possesses extensive international experience in supply chain and digital transformation.
The main goal is to foster a data-driven decision-making culture in companies, identify effective application areas for artificial intelligence technologies, and accelerate digital transformation in business processes.
As the number of places is limited, preference will be given to early applicants.
