On October 29, 2025, the second regional career fair for ASAN volunteers was held at the Ganja regional “ASAN xidmət” center No. 2.
The event was jointly organized by “ASAN xidmət” and the Ganja-Dashkasan Regional Employment branch of the State Employment Agency.
The main goal was to facilitate access to employment opportunities for young volunteers living in Ganja, Shamkir, Goygol, Samukh, Naftalan, Tovuz, Mingachevir, Goranboy, and surrounding districts. Additionally, a priority was to establish connections between young people and state and private enterprises operating in the region, supporting their professional development and experience acquisition.
At the event, more than 100 vacancies were presented by nearly 40 enterprises and organizations.
Approximately 600 young people at the career fair had the opportunity to apply for active vacancies and communicate directly with employers.
Volunteers have been a component of the “ASAN xidmət” concept since its inception. More than 43,000 young volunteers have joined this process. To date, volunteers have conducted over 6,500 trainings, more than 850 local and international projects, and over 3,400 volunteers have been employed through the “ASAN Kadr” portal.
