Anthropic has announced that it has expanded access to its Claude Cowork feature, making it available to Pro subscribers. Previously, this feature was only offered within the Max plan, and this change significantly reduces the barrier to entry for users.
The company has cautioned Pro account holders, stating that the Cowork feature requires significantly more resources than a standard chat. According to the warning, Pro users may deplete their resource limits faster compared to Max subscribers.
In parallel with the expanded access, Anthropic has also introduced an update to its customer application. The update improves connection stability and implements a mandatory confirmation mechanism when the agent deletes files.
