Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office, Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, will depart for a visit to the United States of America on October 1.
According to information from the CMO, in accordance with the visit program to Utah state at the invitation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints community and the Stirling Foundation, CMO Chairman A. Pashazade will hold meetings with state leadership and participate in a number of events.
Within the framework of his visit to the USA, Sheikh-ul-Islam A. Pashazade is scheduled to hold meetings in Washington with religious organizations, as well as members of the Senate and Congress. The CMO Chairman's meetings in New York with UN officials, leaders of the “Religions for Peace” Organization and the “Appeal of Conscience” Foundation, and others are planned.
