US Commerce Secretary Howard Latnik has responded to circulating claims regarding Jeffrey Epstein, confirming a brief meeting with him. The Secretary emphasized that the meeting was personal and familial in nature.
According to Howard Latnik, the meeting in question took place on a boat during a family vacation. He stated that his wife, four children, the children's nannies, as well as another family and their children were with him at the time.
The Secretary noted that they stayed on the island for approximately 1 hour and then left the area with all the children. He specifically stressed that the meeting was brief and did not carry any unofficial or secret nature.
Howard Latnik added that his contact with Epstein was limited to this incident and he had no connection to Epstein's activities or subsequent criminal case. The Secretary stated that he issued the clarification to shed light on the circulating claims.
