US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that the legal statuses of Hamideh Soleimani Afshar, a relative of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani, and her daughter in the US have been revoked. The process of their removal from the country has begun.

The editorial office reports that Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were living in the US as "green card" holders. Afshar is the niece of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani and openly supported his regime.

This week, US officials revoked the legal statuses of Afshar and her daughter. They are currently in custody and are about to be deported. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio noted that the US will not allow foreigners who support anti-American regimes to live in the country. This is the established policy of the country.
