By the relevant order of the Minister of Justice, Elgiz Ismayilov, Head of Penitentiary Institution No. 4 of the Ministry's Penitentiary Service, was dismissed from his post and placed at the disposal of the Ministry.
Information regarding this was provided by the Ministry of Justice in response to Redaksiya's inquiry.
According to the information, the performance of that duty has been temporarily entrusted to Vagif Ismayilov, Head of Penitentiary Institution No. 12, a settlement-type penitentiary institution.
